We can provide a range of courses which comply with the requirements of 'Working Together to Safeguard Children 2010'. Our trainers are highly qualified professionals from the field of child protection.
Employers should ensure that their employees who work or have contact with children are appropriately trained in child development and in recognising and acting on potential signs of child abuse and neglect. There will be different training needed according to their roles and responsibilities. Refresher training should be provided every 3 years.
All our training courses place the child at the centre and promote the importance of understanding the childs daily life experiences, ascertain thier wishes and feelings, listen to the child and never lose sight of his or her needs.
